So today came in for a estimate, I had been to 3 other shops , Rich came right out and said there was nothing wrong with my car . I told him I was concerned being that I want to travel to GA. He said" you go to California, your car is just fine " I left with a pep in my step. Thank you Rich for being honest and not being about the all mighty dollar ! I will be back !

Custom Tire and Auto is one of the most honest automotive shops I’ve ever been to. I brought in my 2019 Toyota Highlander and gave them the go-ahead to complete several maintenance items that were “recommended” based on mileage. Rich personally called to let me know that two of those services weren’t actually needed yet. He easily could have charged me anyway, but instead chose to be upfront and honest. That kind of integrity is hard to find. I truly appreciate it and am glad to support a local small business - especially one run by someone as trustworthy as Rich.

Im in the area for a few days. (My sister referred me where she got new tires and a flat repaired.) I Called Custom yesterday afternoon because I found what looked like a small nail in my passenger side rear tire. Fortunately it wasn’t flat. A real human answered the phone and offered thoughtful customer service. Took my vehicle to Custom early this morning. They open at 7:30. They inspected my tire and brought me the small screw that was imbedded into the tread but did not compromise the tire. He gave me the screw and said Ready to go! I’m a traveler and So very thankful for honest people!
